My order showed up faster than I was expecting. The tracking updated well the whole time, and there was just one small delay toward the end, but it wasn’t a big deal. checking it so often was probably unnecessary...

My order took way longer to arrive than expected, and the shipping updates didn’t really tell me anything helpful. What made it more frustrating was that whenever I checked in, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. I just kept getting vague answers instead of someone actually helping me figure out what was going on

"Had a bad feeling after the slow replies"
I don’t know, I just got the feeling early on that support wasn’t going to be much help. It took days to get a reply, and when they finally did respond, it didn’t really solve my issue. The whole thing was frustrating.

"Decent gear, but some wear showed up too soon"
I ordered some gear from Ronin Tactics and it seemed solid at first. Some of the stitching and materials feel well made, but after only a few uses I started noticing a bit of wear in certain spots. It’s not awful or unusable, but for the price I expected it to hold up better. A couple of the extra little design details also felt kind of unnecessary to me. Overall, decent gear, just a little mixed on durability.

I was able to get my exchange sorted out, so that part was fine, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal in the end, just a little slower than I was hoping. Curious if other people had the same experience with returns or if mine was just a one-off

"Sizing worked out just right"
I ordered a belt from Ronin Tactics a few weeks ago, and after wearing it a handful of times since it arrived, I’d say the sizing was right on for me. I was a little unsure at first because I’m kind of between sizes, but I went off the size chart and it ended up being a good call.
The fit has stayed snug without feeling too tight, even after wearing it for longer stretches. It sits where I wanted it to, with no awkward gaps or extra slack getting in the way. Overall I’m happy with it and would buy again.
